    Subject : Sheer Dissapointment.

    Dear Sir / Madam

    I would bring to your notice an ufortunate event which i believe is no bodys mistake but luck, as Star TV will like to pronounce it.

    I was called for the level 2 by your team. but due to some problems i was promised to be called back, which can be confimed as i was told the phones are recorded.

    I was promised i will be called back between 6pm to 9pm on the same day . I had stop all work waiting . But i guess STAR TV is not good at keeping promises.

    It is a serious let down for viewers and customer, as we are charged exorbitantly high for glossy pipe dream thats built upon by the colourful advertises and lovable celeberties.

    We are given ray of hope (mind you at a price) but what we get instead is serious dissapointment . The dissapointment that the promises are not adhered to, hopes are crushed and one is not given a fair chance.

    I know some clause mentioned above which would leaglly proove that “it is not the channels duty to care about a viewer/customer its sole motive is to make money and that is what it does best”.

    Thankyou for your time - If you have taken the pains to actually read it.

    Hello admin… Please do something for we people who live in UK/Europe and pay to watch Star Plus and all other Star channels but are not respected at all!!! Kya Aap Panchi Paas Se Tez Hain has started in India, but it hasn’t been shown in UK… Just take NAch Baliye, it was shown once results were out and the show ended in India, and Star News UK itself showed the result… Then what’s the need to show Nach Baliye if we knew the results… Moreover, all the scenes were cut!!! So please do something to awake Star plus UK and make them show us KAPPSTH else everyone will UNSUBSCRIBE to Star Plus!!!

    Hey there

    I love this show and Shah Rukh but please do something about the editing for the shows in UK. It’s not done professionally.

    One minute a child is called to answer questions and he hasnt even left his seat and the next second the child is already on the stand.

    Once someone answered the questions but we didnt know if it was the right answer or not because it went straight onto the next question. There have been many more occasions that editing has been bad.

    Please fix this and i’ll be grateful.
